Privacy

I take your privacy seriously, and will never spam you or sell your information. Here's how your information is handled and used:

PLANT AND PLATE  

I use your email address to respond to messages you send, send you download links for digital products, and let you know if there are problems with your orders.

If you ask, I'll send you a note when new products are out. But only if you ask. I won't spam you or share your email, ever. 

If you order something that needs to be mailed, I use your shipping address to mail it to you.

STRIPE

Your payments are processed by Stripe. (You've probably used them before, even if you didn't know it: they process payments for pretty much everyone, including your local coffeeshop.) You can read their privacy and security information at https://stripe.com/us/privacy/

SQUARESPACE

Squarespace hosts this site (shop.plantandplate.com) and keeps records of your orders, so I can send you the right things. They also collect, store, and show me general analytics data about site traffic, so I can see things like how many people are visiting, what pages are most popular, what search terms people use to find the site, etc.
